church clip art Article
Commonly confused for a Magazine. Technically, a clip retains ordinance and has no moving parts. The SKS and M44 uses stripper clips, the M1 Garand uses clips, and you can even get clips for your Mini-14 or AR-15 to quickly load your hi-cap magazine. Realistically, the words are interchangeable, but if you insist on calling a magazine a clip, look forward to being frequently corrected.

The Clippers Revenge By Johnny Miller This Saturday night, with 23 points and 12 rebounds reserve Corey Maggette led Los Angeles in a 114-108 victory over the Phoenix Suns.
"When we move the ball and get eight, nine, 10 or 11 touches, who can you stop?" Mobley said.
Sam Cassell also had 23 points, Cuttino Mobley had 18, and Elton Brand had 15 points and 10 rebounds. Tim Thomas against his former Phoenix teammates had eight points and 13 rebounds and Shaun Livingston came off the bench to score 14 points and dish off nine assists.
Mike Dunleavy, Clippers coach was pleased.
"I thought this was a really good character win for us," Dunleavy said. "We did a lot of good things."
On the other side, Steve Nash led the Suns with 28 points and 13 assists, and Shawn Marion had 25 points and 15 rebounds.
The Clippers, who lost the season opener at Phoenix on Wednesday night, improved to 2-1 and the defending Pacific Division champion Suns fell to 1-3.

News Aggregators and News Readers: the easiest way to stay informed of the latest Entertainment news I want to start my blog by presenting a new service I have just started to use. I have to say that using this service changed the I access and read entertainment news and articles on the Internet.
I don’t know if this is the beginning of a revolution in the way people browse the Web and read news and articles about Music, Movies, Books and Entertainment in general but for me there is no doubt it’s going to be a big hit. It started with blogs and now you see it everywhere on the Web. Maybe you did not notice it. I am talking about this small orange icon that mushroomed recently on many... (more)

Technical Recruiters Need To Be More "Technical" Why do most IT recruiters have a fear of e-mail?iPhone annoyances Update: Sigh. Add another to the list: Can't recv multimedia messages until I go to a crappy AT&T site (viewmymessages.com) that works about 1/3 of the time and requires you to enter long random strings of alphanumerics (why not just send a link that includes the login/password as url params? then I could just click the damn link?)
I like my iPhone and consider it a decent value for the $250 I paid for it (AT&T Wireless refurb) but I have some issues, anyone else run into these annoyances?

WAY too many steps to dial a number, luckily I don't make many actual phone calls on my iPhone.

Too easy to hang up on a caller ("End Call" button under swipe)

Can't type in lengthwise format for email/txt and the narrow format is too cramped.

Auto suggestion is not as helpful as I had hoped. Works great for crafting whole sentances in email but when texting abbreviations you can end up feeling like you are fighting it. (example: typing "account(s)" it wanted to make the 's' an 'a' for some reason).

Also, the UI to remove the auto selection is terrible. I'm supposed to hit a 2-pixel wide "x" everytime it guesses wrong? Meh.

Edge network not responsive for web browsing. Bascially you can't count on a useable web experience unless you have a wi-fi connection.

Form field entry (web) is annoying, can't see what you are typing most of the time.

Return button next to delete? Idiotic!

Microphone jack non-standard? Only Apple would do something this monumentally stupid...

Battery life is a bit of a drag, but I guess charging every other day is acceptable for being able to carry around a small computer.

Maps application is different than google maps, can't find as many locations. So I end up just using google maps via the web instead. Tres annoying.

WiFi detection can be aggrevating, if you are on the edge of range you will get constant confirmation msgs. Also the switching from Edge to WiFi and back kills your network responsiveness.

Materials design sucks. Looks great but doesn't hold up well to daily use. (There is a reason that not many hand tools are coated in chrome.)

No cut and paste? Weird.

No IM? Weirder.

Can't sync via Bluetooth/iSync, only via iTunes? I guess I hoped they wouldn't have to subsidize the cost with adversiting...

Doesn't dial phone extensions, I'm forced to enter as XXX-XXX-XXXX,,XXXX in my phonebook.

IE 7 actually does a couple things right... Two (and only two) features Firefox should copy from IE 7:
1) Option to allow new tabs to be opened next to the current rather than at the far right. Easier to keep your browsing subjects grouped together. Some may not like this so make it an option to enable.
2) Option to allow seperate sessions per window. Example: I can open IE, then re-launch it and run two windows at the same time with different session vars which is nice for web development. (This is actually a result of crappy app design by Microsoft but if it could be implemented as a secure option if FF that would rock)Best Game Review I've Ever Read. Ed note: Sorry Jos I've been ignoring my blog lately, I finally pushed this to the front page.
Have to pass this one along. It's damn near brilliant.I really need to upgrade... Finally back up, sorry about the inability to comment or login but my logging table (watchdog) was corrupt and since it didn't really take down the site I was too lazy to fix until now.
I really need to upgrade Drupal... it's REALLY cool now. |
